Collin Wynter began his practice over a decade ago. He is honoured to have had so many wonderful, patient and experienced teachers over the years who have helped him amalgamate many different aspects of the teachings he has received. His focus is on an alignment based asana practice with basic pranayama (breath), pratyahara (sensory withdrawal) and dharana (focus). These classes are multi-leveled, with an emphasis on foundations combined with modifications and variations to keep the practice evolving.
